Items are not insured against loss or damage during shipping.  Insurance may be purchased for an additional cost of $3.00 per $100.00 or less of coverage and added to your order before checkout.

Shipping

Shipping time is normally around 3 to 5 business days however, many items are custom made to order and may take longer to ship. Due to high demand please allow 10-15 Business Days for shipment unless otherwise noted, as all material may not be in stock on all items and have to be ordered and item has to be made. Some items may ship out sooner or later than 10-15 business days.

Orders of more than one item with a shorter shipping time will ship along with items that have a longer shipping time unless ordered separately.

Orders will be shipped to the address that is provided through the payment processor unless otherwise noted.

Items will not be shipped to an alternate address unless otherwise noted during checkout.

You are responsible for all shipping costs. Any additional prices or overage of shipping cost must be paid prior to shipment.

Items are shipped via First Class Mail. A Tracking Number will be provided upon shipment of item.

A Tracking Number may not be available for all States or International orders. A Shipping Customs Number may be issued for International orders.

Items are delivered directly to the United States Post Office for shipment, once delivered to the United States Post Office we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this shops website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Items are not insured against loss or damage during shipping.  Insurance may be purchased for an additional cost of $3.00 per $100.00 or less of coverage and added to your order before checkout.

Final International shipping prices may differ. Any additional International shipping costs that exceed the listed shipping price must be paid prior to shipment of item.

Note: Some International orders may take 8 to 10 weeks or more for delivery after shipment and are not eligible to ship with a Tracking Number only a Customs Form Number may be issued; purchasing insurance on all orders is suggested to cover you from any loss or damaged items in the mail.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches it’s destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Vivid Designs Jewelry is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper International shipping practices.

Vivid Designs Jewelry Charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

ATTENTION!!! Shipment to Canada that are handled by National carriers like United States Postal Service and Royal Mail via Canada Post may be delayed. The ongoing labor dispute initiated by Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) is causing Country-wide delays. To get the latest updates on this situation, you can sign up for Canada Post.

Worldwide shipping available excluding certain countries.

Shipping to Germany is excluded. Orders placed to ship to Germany or any other excluded country will be canceled and refunded.
